We do not store or process your credit card details. All payments are processed through DvDispatch which adhere to the standards set by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Cancelling orders

To cancel your order, please contact us, prior to collection. If you cancel at the time of, or after the courier collection has been made, the customer will be charged in full.

Refund Policy

If you’ve cancelled an order prior to collection, you can apply for a refund. You have a maximum of 14 days from the date the order was placed to request a refund. Refunds will take 2 working days to be agreed. It will be made back to the original payment method through our hosting payment site.

Refunds will not be made after collection or for failed collections. If your parcel is not collected at the agreed time, please contact us to rearrange a collection. Any booking that is cancelled after an attempt has been made by the courier to collect at the address, or within 12 hours of agreed collection time, may be subject to a minimum call-out charge.

If you feel the level of service received does not meet agreed standards, please contact us.
