I had just got to the airport and was running late for check-in. I got to the check-in desk thinking I had everything and then to my horror I realised I forgot my passport. With only an hour or so till the flight I thought I wouldn’t be making it at all. I spoke to a friend of mine and he recommended to call DV dispatch. Within five minutes of calling them they had a vehicle out to collect my passport and it was in my hands within 40 minutes. I was over the moon and couldn’t thank them enough. They proved that they could deliver on time! I didn’t even know this was possible, the fact they were so helpful and willing to accommodate my emergency situation was fantastic!
